NEW Classes in July!

Come join Jody on Sundays 9:15am-10:15am for Holy Gentle Flow. This practice is a slower paced flow that focuses on gentle and mindful movements connected to breath. There will be gentle stretches and poses that will gently build strength. All this while enjoying modern gospel/Christian music. Each practice starts off with prayer and a short meditation on the word of God. Regular class rates apply.

Join Tasha on Thursdays 7:15pm-8:15pm for Candlelight Restorative Yin. This class will combine Restorative and Yin postures. Restorative poses fully support the body to allow the student to completely relax, while yin postures are deep stretches held for 3-5 minutes. This will be a gentle and calming style of practice that restores the nervous system. Props are used such as bolsters, blocks and blankets to assist the body into a deep, relaxed state. Regular class rates apply.

H4G FITNESS IS AT FLOW YOGA

H4G "hungry for gains" stands for to be BETTER, to want MORE, to do MORE. Nothing changes in your life unless it happens daily, routine takes you to the future you want. Chris Watson is hosting a bootcamp style class every Sunday from July 28th - August 18th at 3pm. Cost will be $10 per class.

MEDITATION CLASS

Come join Ruthi on Wednesdays 4:30-5:15pm and play with a variety of topics and techniques such as EFT Tapping, breathwork and group discussion time followed by at least 20 minutes of meditation.
