Class Descriptions

All Levels Vinyasa

Vinyasa connects individual poses with the breath in a series of flowing sequences of movement. Suitable for all-levels, this class will help beginners and seasoned yogis explore both beginner and intermediate postures in a traditional vinyasa flow.

Power Flow

Power Yoga is a dynamic, vigorous practice in which postures are linked in a flowing sequence in rhythm with the breath. Power Yoga classes incorporate the key components of fitness, including strength, flexibility, cardio and balance. Each class is unique, connecting the mind and body.

Heated Power Flow

Heated Power takes the endurance and high calorie burn of Power yoga and turns up the heat. The room will be heated to 90 degrees. You will move through a strengthening vinyasa with options for power poses. The heat will help to loosen up the muscles and help you sweat out toxins.

Power Flow & Stretch

A 75-minute class consisting of invigorating power yoga and deep stretch yin yoga. The perfect balance of sweat and rest.

Deep Stretch

Slow down and get into the deep connective tissue of your body. Focused predominately on stretching and releasing tight muscles and tendons and taking strain off of the skeletal system.

Myofascial Release & Stretch

A blend of the therapeutic benefits of myofascial release techniques and traditional yoga to release tension and improve flexibility. Using props such as blocks, tennis balls, and foam rollers to target specific areas of tension in the body. This helps to release knots, improve circulation, and reduce muscle soreness.

Yin Yoga

A passive approach where poses are held for 2-5 minutes to target deep connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia). Slowly and mindfully transitioning between poses as you gently allow those tissues to stretch, facilitating better circulation and joint health and improving flexibility. It's slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both mind and physical sensations in your body. Yin helps to ease and release deeply held tension in the physical body and unleash stagnant or blocked energy.

Gentle Flow

This class offers students a balance of gently strengthening and mobilizing poses, dynamic and static poses, linked by conscious breathwork.

Powerful Slow Flow

Discover power and strength through slower and more intentional movement. Experience a different side of the beloved power yoga practice, and see your practice expand.

L.S.D. Long Slow Deep

This class uses a combination of deep stretch poses designed to open the hips, create space and length for the spine and take us into the most peaceful part of our mind.

Relax & Restore

A slow-paced practice that works to release deep tension passively, without active stretch, restoring flexibility and mobility in the body. Using props to totally support the body- enabling the release of mind and body tension.

Heated Flow

Enjoy a detoxifying heated flow that fires up both the mind and body. A perfect start to the day! The room will be heated between 90 and 100 degrees to help loosen up the muscles and sweat out toxins.
